ShadeBnB track blinds perform optimally with regular use and should not be left up for extended periods. To maintain peak performance, ensure the blinds are clean and free of debris. Regularly rinse the exposed extrusions with clean water using normal tap pressure, then allow them to dry completely.

• If lubrication is needed for the tracks, apply silicone spray following the manufacturer's instructions, and use a soft brush or cloth to clean the hardware.

• Avoid using abrasive sponges or solvent-based cleaners such as turpentine, kerosene, or paint thinners on any components or powder-coated surfaces, as this will void the warranty.

Can ShadeBnB blinds be used in extreme weather?

ShadeBnB track blinds are designed to handle moderate winds, but should always be retracted in the event of storms or extreme wind conditions. During these weather events, ensure the blinds are not left in a halfway position.

How long is the blind warranty?

With proper care and basic maintenance, your track blind will provide years of trouble-free operation. Our track blinds come with extended 10 years Warranty, giving you peace of mind and comfort. The warranty covers defective parts under normal use and service. *Exclusions apply.

*Warranty exclusions

The warranty will be void if:

• The blind is not properly cared for or lacks basic maintenance as per the manufacturer’s instructions.

• The blind is used outside of its intended design or recommended applications.

• The blind is incorrectly installed, not following the manufacturer’s guidelines.

• The product has been altered, tampered with, or damaged in any way.

• Individual components are used outside of their specifications or for purposes not intended.

• Abrasive sponges or solvent-based cleaning agents (such as turpentine, kerosene, or paint thinners) are used on components or powder-coated surfaces.
